I brought my RV to Blue Beacon expecting a professional and efficient experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. I was fifth in line and waited well over an hour while other vehicles were moved through after an additional lane opened. There was little communication about how the line was being managed, which was frustrating. What made the experience even more disappointing was that several employees appeared to be standing around talking and joking while customers continued to wait. From a customer’s perspective, there did not seem to be a sense of urgency or concern for the long wait times. The wash itself may be fine, but the lack of organization, communication, and efficiency left a poor impression. As an RV owner, I have had much better experiences at other wash facilities and will likely choose a different option next time.

Yesterday I brought my cargo van in for a wash. I have no complaints about the staff — the guys worked hard and did a good job overall. The van was cleaned well, and when I asked if they could wash the floor mats, they gladly agreed, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. However, I was very disappointed with the pricing. Even though I have a cargo van, I was charged as if it were a straight truck. As a result, the wash cost nearly $50 ($49.70), which is the highest price I have ever paid for washing this vehicle. At every other truck wash I have visited in different states, my cargo van has always been classified correctly and charged at the appropriate rate, which was significantly lower. Because of this, my overall experience was mixed. The staff did a good job and provided friendly service, but I believe the pricing was unfair. Unfortunately, this was disappointing enough that if I am in Denver again, I will most likely choose a different truck wash.

Everyone knows blue beacon can be a hit or miss but this location in Denver is an absolute joke. I should have known better than to come back after many crappy washes here. This location you’ll wait in line for hours, pay an ungodly amount for a terrible wash. I hate writing bad reviews, because I know stuff happens , but today was it for me. The pictures are from a $180 wash. Yes the truck was dirty, but it’s not my first time getting a wash with a dirty truck. I sadly get a better wash from a touch less drive through wash nearby. Don’t wast your time and money here. Litterly. Go to the Cheyenne location , or if you really need a wash in Denver do to Eco wash. Those boys at least do a respectable job
